SUMMARY MATERIAL IN FIRST AND SECOND MEETING 

    In our first meeting, we learned about the kinds of Digital Literacy and Twenties Century Education. 

Indonesia's now are on Latter half of the 20th century which mean we are still in the stages of invention of computers, start of information distribution and information society. We still not in the stage of 5.0 Society because our technology still not in super smart society. Also, we are Gen Z or i-Generation which mean technology is part of our life, never lost, multi-profiled etc. It could say we are used to living with technology. In Digital Evolution we can see that it was developed too, for example: Web 1.0, Web 2.0, Web 3.0. In web 1.0 HTML was static, in Web 2.0 HTML already Dynamic and then in Web 3.0 we used Semantic Web. Then, in P21 Educational Framework we use standard and assessment, curriculum and instruction, professional development and learning environment. 

    Digital Literacy is the ability to use digital technology, communications tools, and network to access, manage, integrate, and create information. There are several skills in Digital Literacy, 
1. Critical Thinking and Evaluation
2. Collaboration
3. Creativity
4. Communication and Netiquette
5. Finding and Selecting Information
6. Digital Culture 
7. Online Safety Skills
8. Functional Skills

We move to What is ICT in ELT?
ICT in ELT is the activities of using technologies, like: computer, internet, and other telecomucation media (Radio, TV, Smartphone) to communicate, create and disseminate, store and manage information in English Language Teaching and Learning. 

There are several term in ICT in ELT that we should know, like:
- CALL ( Computer Assisted Language Learning )
- MALL ( Mobile Assisted Language Learning )
- RALL ( Robot Assisted Language Learning )
- TELL ( Technology Enhanced Language Learning )
- Blended Learning (Combination of Face to Face and Online Learning)
- Flipped Learning (Students autonomous online learning before face to face classroom meeting.)
- LMS ( Learning Management System or Online Classroom Learning Platform)
- TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)
- SAMR ( Substitution Augmentation Modification Redefinition)  

There are kinds of LMS, like:
- Google Classroom
- Moodle
- Schoology
- Edmodo
- Canvas.Instructure
- Quipper

We should know about types of ICT tools (Hardware)
- laptop

- LCD projector
- interactive whiteboard

And about ICT Applications (Software)

ICT really useful in ELT Activities, like for Teaching Presentation or Explaining Material, Resourcing Teaching Materials, for Assignment and Projects, For Classroom Activities and also Useful for Assessment. 

The advantages ICT integration in ELT there are, ICT promotes autonomous learning, ICT improves students and teachers digital literacy skill and ICT enhances students motivation in learning etc.

About the Disadvantages ICT integration in ELT there are, Can cause health issues, High cost and maintenance, and Insufficient Policy and Institutional etc.

The last is about Several Problems in ICT like in Time management and Allocation, about ICT Skills or Literacy is lacking, Institutional Support and Policy, and in the Facility is more about Internet Access or Technological Tools.
